All quote requests submitted through our platform are subject to review and availability. Prices provided via quotes are estimates and may change based on final specifications, artwork complexity, and material availability.

3. Intellectual Property and Branding

When you upload logos or artwork through our Branding Atelier, you warrant that you have the legal right and authority to use said intellectual property. You agree to hold Fabric8 harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the unauthorized reproduction of copyrighted materials.

4. Limitation of Liability

Fabric8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
